The AMP20141 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Pulse Power Amplifier that operates from 400 to 1000 MHz. It has a Class AB linear design supporting Instantaneous UHF-Band and includes built-in protection circuits with extending monitoring capabilities. This SSPA delivers a peak pulse output power of more than 4 kW (CW or Pulsed) with a gain of over 66 dB and a gain flatness of less than 2. 0 dB p-p. It has spurious levels of up to -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc.
